"No dishwashing liquid or dishwasher tablets. There was an empty bottle of dishwashing liquid on the kitchen bench when we arrived. Dishcloths were old. Shower in second ensuite didn’t have a door so the floor got very wet even with the water pressure turned down very low. A couple of simple & low cost additions would have made this apartment perfect."

"Greetings from Finland! Location of the apartment was excellent: only a short walk to a beach and old town just around the corner to discover. Everything needed was in short distance and sea was actually closer than it appeared from the photo of the balcony. On thursday there was a stallmarket on the street on front of the apartment. Kitchen was well equipted to cook on our own and place easily hosted our five-member party to full satisfaction. Only thing we needed to get our own was couple rolls of toilet paper more when we run out, but then again there we're many of us! Thank you, I would look this place up if and when visiting again."

"Great location for beaches and the old town. Good bathroom and kitchen facilities, terrace with a sea view. Very spacious. Lift available. Agency staff were very polite and easy to deal with. Amazing ice cream parlour across the road and takeaway pizza place just around the corner. Supermarket up the road and lots of cafes and restaurants close by. Old town just a 5min walk. Bus station 10mins."

"I did not appreciate the apartment owners insistence on buying extra insurance for damages, it felt excessive. The air conditioners gave strange noises. Did not let us sleep the first night, but then we got used to it."

"I am quite familiar with this area, so when booking my stay, I mainly considered the location rather than other factors. The apt is conveniently situated, with a 24-hour convenience store and a pharmacy just on the next street, which made everything very easy. Also main local public transport bus stop down stairs The beautiful beach is also nearby, offering lovely scenery and a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, the location was perfect for my needs, and I enjoyed my stay here."

"I found that some of the apartment’s facilities could use an upgrade. For example, the frying pan handle in the kitchen was almost broken and really needs to be replaced. Additionally, there was not enough toilet paper in the bathroom, and there were no spare garbage bags provided-we had to go to the convenience store downstairs to purchase these ourselves. Another issue was with the sunshade controls. After lowering the roller blinds, we found that they could not be rolled back up, which was quite unfortunate. I noticed that one of the bedrooms had already had its control panel replaced, but it seems the living room still has this problem. I hope these issues can be improved for future guests."

"Sehr gute Lage, das Appartment hat einen sensationellen Schnitt. 2 Bäder sind top, beide Duschen ausreichend groß, die vom großen Bad riesig! Auch die zwei Balkone sind sehr gut und herrlicher Ausblick! Die Betten waren sehr bequem, und auch die Schlafcouch ist ausreichend groß und komfortabel. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Der Lift war zwar klein, aber nach ein paar mal auf und ab hatten wir unsere Koffer stressfrei im Appartment! Gleich in Gehweite gibt es Bäckerei, Supermarkt und Spezialitäten Geschäft und gute Restaurants!!! In einer akzeptablen Gehweite von ca. 5min gibt es einen großen Parkplatz wo wir immer etwas gefunden haben! Direkt vor der Haustür kann man bei der An und Abreise kurz parkieren um das Gepäck zu verladen, das haben wir sehr geschätzt! In 3Minuten ist man im Picassomuseum, es ist quasi um die Ecke, also die Lage geht gar nicht mehr besser..."

"Kurz vor der Anreise mussten wir eine Kaution in der Höhe von € 800,- hinterlegen, da wir bereits unterwegs waren war dies sehr umständlich, vor allem weil das Portal das der Vermieter ausgewählt hat nicht funktioniert hat und ständig Fehler ausgeworfen hat. Das hat im Zusammenspiel mit der an sich schon aussergewöhnlichen Forderung nach einter Kaution nicht zum Vertrauen beigetragen, wir haben uns am anfang sehr darüber geärgert, aber ich muss sagen, es wurde postwendend nach unser Abreise zurücküberwiesen, und es war zwei Tage später auf der Kreditkarte. Also von daher alles gut - vielen Dank auch für die gute Kommunikation! Das dritte Bett, die Ausziehcouch war leider noch nicht bezogen, das mussten wir selbst machen. Nach der Anreise und der etwas komplizierten Schlüsselabholung an einer anderen Adresse hätten wir uns sehr darüber gefreut wenn das schon bereit gewesen wäre..."
